Ginger Pineapple Waldorf Salad

1 Granny Smith apple diced
1 cup cooked chicken diced
1 boiled egg
1/4 cup fresh pineapple
1/4 cup dried cherries
1/4 chopped walnuts
1/2 tbls ground fresh ginger
2 tbls Dukes Mayonnaise
1/4 tsp salt
Combine mayo and ginger in bowl and blend together with fork. Add egg and continue to blend all other ingredients. I opted out of more mayo, add more to your taste
